We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Executive /Senior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with client objectives and organizational goals. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless event experiences by managing stakeholder communications, overseeing logistics, and ensuring operational excellence from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Planning
Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Provide expert guidance on event design, logistics, and execution strategies.
Coordination & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to align event deliverables.
Ensure timely communication and coordination across all parties involved.
On-Site Execution & Quality Assurance
Conduct site inspections and oversee event setup and operations.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with client specifications and attendee satisfaction.
Financial Administration
Initiate billing procedures and manage financial documentation.
Ensure timely receipt of deposits and credit applications with complete and accurate information.
Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
Diploma in Business or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably in the Events or Hospitality industry.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Knowledge of Opera PMS and or Delphi Sales & Catering is an added advantage.
* Strong communication and effective time management skills.
