Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:

To provide the skills in the various technical disciplines to support the Facilities Management & Engineering functions in order to provide an effective & efficient operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of all building/facilities equipment and systems. Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations, A&A projects and repairing of equipment and systems. Perform day-to-day inspection and maintain daily logs of operational issues, corrective and preventive activities on facilities and systems, including electrical, mechanical and infrastructure. Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Higher Nitec, Nitec or its equivalent from recognized training institute in electrical, mechanical or facilities operations management. Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation and maintenance environment would be advantageous. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Willingness to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and after office hours as required. Able to work independently at site and interface well with users. Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors. Positive attitude with strong communication skills. * Basic computer skills.
