CARGO HAND

Cargo Handling:

Load and unload cargo from vehicles with care and efficiency. Sort, label, and verify shipments according to delivery orders or manifests. Ensure proper stacking and securing of items to prevent damage.

Warehouse/Operational Support:

Assist in packing, palletizing, and general warehouse housekeeping. Comply with safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.

Documentation:

Ensure accurate and timely completion of delivery orders, manifests, and vehicle logs. Collect and return signed proof of delivery (POD) as required.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Minimum Secondary level or equivalent.

Experience: Min 1 year

Prior experience in cargo handling or delivery operations preferred. Experience driving commercial vans is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills:

Basic understanding of logistics processes. Able to lift heavy items (up to 20kg). Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to follow instructions and work independently under minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

5.5 or 6-day work week, with OT when necessary. Work involve outdoor delivery routes and warehouse environments. * Salary based on experience
