Job Description

Minimum Diploma or equivalent education Ability to read blueprints, measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction, maintenance, and repair of structures, fixtures, and furniture Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively Adheres strictly to safety protocols and building codes Performs tasks at various construction and maintenance sites Strong manual dexterity, physical fitness, attention to detail Designs and builds customised furniture, cabinets, and wooden structures according to client specifications Works with different materials including wood, MDF, plywood, and veneers Installs furniture and fixtures at client locations Measures and cuts wood with precision to required dimensions Ensures all work meets safety regulations and quality standards Collaborates with design team to achieve aesthetic and functional requirements Maintains a clean and organized work environment Troubleshoots and resolves carpentry-related issues during renovation * Understands and ensures compliance with project requirements and scope of work
