Key Responsibilities:
Measure and prepare flooring areas using standard tools
Calculate flooring dimensions and determine appropriate materials and installation methods
Install wooden flooring accurately and according to specifications
Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and identify materials required
Repair and maintain wooden structures and components
Work closely with the team to deliver projects on time and with high quality
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
Experience in SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring installation and maintenance
Skilled in using measuring tools and flooring installation techniques
Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and technical instructions
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (to communicate with clients)
Willing to travel for work assignments
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
