Carpentry Manager
Job Description
Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors.
Priorities and goals for the entire functional area, while maintaining accuracy
Managing overall logistical needs to fulfill project(s).
Managing customer\'s request and on-site measurements.
Approving hiring and firing requests within factory premises.
Working across functions with peers in other groups and company to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
Reporting to senior management monthly.
Plans and suggest to higher management for Company\'s strategy development and execution planning
Communicating results and key performance indicators to direct reports
