SUMMARYThe Carrier Support Analyst is responsible for the management of TracFone's Provisioning Platform queues, testing business and process changes within the provisioning platform, and serves as the first point of engagement between TracFone and its provisioning partners.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESList the major responsibilities/duties in order of importance. • Work closely with the Intergate Manager to provide support with testing of business process changes, provisioning platform functional changes, external partner changes, Projects, and ad hoc requests. Transactions include but are not limited to activations, reactivations, equipment changes, rate plan changes, feature changes, WLNP Port Ins, WLNP Port Outs, and Balance Inquiries, via Application Programming Interface or Graphical User Interfaces.

• Analyze Provisioning Platform transactions to identify and report positive and negative changes in KPIs in order to achieve highest levels of First Time Success rates.

• Analyze Provisioning Platform failed transactions and review potential fix agents to Sr. Automation Analyst.

• Engage Internal and External NOC teams to report, escalate, and work to resolution any issue(s) impeding normal system /service processing.

• Provide support to internal teams needing assistance with TracFone's Provisioning Platform or provisioning partners.

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Should have at least a minimum of three-year work experience with any of the following: Wireless carriers, Reseller in service provisioning systems, Operational support, Experience in SQL preferred

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and system flow charts.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from TracFone Operations Personnel.
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills: strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and/or fixed variables.
• Must have the ability to read and understand flowcharts, API, XML, JSON, Kibana, and Elastic Search
• Must have good analytical and organizational skills.
