Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle enquiries and assess appeals regarding Government schemes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with various Government agencies, as necessary, to gather information and better assess members\' appeals, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and system enhancements that will streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of members\' interactions, appeals, and resolutions, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operational support to supervisors and undertake additional tasks as needed.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in administration, case management, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively correspond with members and external agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyse statistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong administrative skills, including correspondence handling and documentation management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. We welcome fresh graduates in any discipline and candidates without working experience to apply. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
