• Our Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.

• The successful candidate will be part of the CASE (Change, Control Adoption and Onboarding, & Stakeholder Engagement) cluster within the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio Enablement hive. The role reports to the Head of CASE. The role consists of leading a team providing technical onboarding specialists to onboard all ICS controls and support the other Control Adoption and Change Acceptance teams within CASE. The ICS Control Adoption and Onboarding Supply Management role is perfect for someone who hails form a technical background as because of the engineering diversity of the space, the ideal candidate is comfortable with delving into technology as well as speaking to stakeholders about the technology in a digestible way. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the delivery requested by Demand and work closely with the apps and delivery teams to deliver control adoption and onboarding.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, define Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) matrix suitable for the delivery
• Lead discussions with the supply owners and their stakeholders and project team to identify actions and steps required to achieve business goals and needs
• Manage delivery backlog in JIRA and on Excel, establish traceability to business vision and objectives, act as primary SPOC for the project.
• Ensure requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience \xe2\x80\x93 understandable and unambiguous.
• Provide master report files on delivery status for further communications back to the stakeholders
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on delivery priorities
• Stakeholder management with Demand Team, App Teams, CISOs, Control Owners, CIOs and Delivery teams
• Adhere to change management standards & procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts required by project governance.
• Influence CASE communication and stakeholder engagement strategy

Our Ideal Candidate

• 10 and more years of experience; In-depth product and service knowledge of Information & Cyber Security technology solutions and controls , and of large, multi-country technology solutions.
• Technical background in managing and implementing large scale, complicated projects
• Comfortable working with different languages; linix, other cloud technologies
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to negotiate across large organization structures
• Ability to stay calm and focused when under pressure to deliver a service.
• Good team player, able to coordinate across multiple teams, and to prioritise the team\'s success ahead of personal success.
• Willingness to both share existing skills and to learn new skills within a cross-functional team structure, developing T-shaped skills.
• Able to constructively challenge when appropriate and lead change within the organization.
• Reporting on milestones/successes and enabling feedback to facilitate engagement and buy-in.
• Leadership through example and building the appropriate culture and values.
• Experience in a global matrix organisation would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives.
• Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is beneficial but not essential. Ways of Working and Product Owner training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.

• Certification in industry wide change management frameworks such as PROSCI ADKAR is also a plus.
