Job Description
Job Info:
- Basic $1,850 - $ 2,400 + Grooming Allowance + Meal Allowance + Group Commission + Night Shift Allowance
- Annual leave up to 18 days/ calendar year
- Medical and dental insurance
- 5 Days ( Retail Hours)
- Changi Airport
:
- Manage transactions with customers using POS system
- Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Requirement:
- At least 1 year cashiering experience
- Comfortable with rotating shifts in Changi Airport environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Tech savvy
- Meticulous
- Comfortable to work retail and shift hours
