& Requirements Responsibilities: * Cashier duties & attending to residents' enquiries and requests * Coordinating the submission of arrears cases to solicitors * Monitoring o & Requirements Responsibilities: Cashier duties & attending to residents' enquiries and requests Coordinating the submission of arrears cases to solicitors Monitoring of bills Preparing and keying of journal entries Keeping track of transfer / resale cases and prepare refunds for over-payment cases Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required Manage, track and respond to feedback to assigned Property Team. Issuance of permits for events and manage applications for use of space. Carry out general administrative duties for the Property Team. Counter cashier's duties Assist the Property Manager to generate reports for submission and any assigned administrative duties. Provide good customer service to the residents Answering of phone calls and counter receiving feedback from the residents Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management Handle telephone calls Key feedback into system and route to property officers & term contractors to follow up Attend to walk-in residents making enquiries or booking of facilities or contractors drawing roof-top keys etc Any other administrative duties delegated by the management Requirements : NITEC and above Minimum 1 year of basic accounting background or experience will be preferred Only Singaporeans
