We are looking for a friendly and responsible

Cashier cum Service Crew

to join our hotpot restaurant team. The candidate will handle both cashiering duties and basic service tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders and assist them with menu inquiries. Operate the POS system, handle cash, credit card and other payment transactions accurately. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining area, cashier counter, and work stations. Serve food and drinks to customers promptly. Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing used dishes. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Support daily restaurant operations and cooperate with team members.

Requirements:

Prior experience in F&B or cashiering preferred (training provided). Able to handle cash and basic math calculations accurately. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
