Job Description

What You'll Do



Handle counter sales and services for the company's range of products. Assist customers with transactions, queries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Perform account-related services such as customer verification (KYC), deposits, withdrawals, and daily cash reconciliation. Manage administrative duties related to counter operations and upkeep of the premise.

Who You Are



Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualification. 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or frontline service roles. Must be comfortable handling cash and performing reconciliation duties. Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy. Willing to work on shifts (including night shifts), weekends, and public holidays according to a rostered schedule.
