Job Description
Job Summary: The Cashier shall be responsible for order taking, preparation, checking, coordination, and related cashiering responsibilities.Specifically, you are responsible for:
- Taking the order of the customers and endorsing it to the production team
- Updating of order trackers
- Arranging and scheduling deliveries through third-party providers or in-house delivery
- Payment of delivery fees to third-party providers
- Reconciliation of cash balance at the end of the shift.
- Call customers, and riders for clarifications, if need be.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions and report any discrepancies
- Team-player and cooperative;
- Can work with agility and accuracy;
- Customer-centric decision making;
- Can observe high-level of confidentiality;
- Ability to use MS Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- Able to use booking apps such as Grab, Lalamove, and the like;
- Prior experience in restaurants or fast food is an advantage.
Contract length: 5 monthsSalary: Up to Php570.00 per daySchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
