Adecco is partnering with multiple retail clients in Changi Airport and they are hiring for permanent Retail Associate role to join their dynamic team, enjoyable, exciting and diverse team !
Job Scope:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates
Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Min 1 year relevant experience
5 Days schdule , shift work hours
Service oriented with a positive attitude
Customer-focused with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
