Restaurant Location: NTU (nearest MRT: Pioneer MRT)
1. Handle all sales’ transaction at the cashier counter and submit all daily sales report to Finance Department.
2. Responsible for the opening or closing of cash register / POS machine.
3. Responsible for maintaining the daily cash float; able to manage the cashiering duties and be responsible for the revenue collection.
4. Prepare drinks and other beverages at the bar counter.
5. Assist the waiter/waitress with the clearing of the tables during peak period.
6. Be responsible for the inventory control and ordering of the cashier’s rolls and bar counter drinks and items used.
7. To familiarize with the restaurant’s activities, menu and service procedures in order to be able to answer to customer queries confidently.
8. To be punctual and well groomed for duty at all times according to dress code and name badge to be worn at all times.
9. To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the restaurant and all other section. To be courteous and professional in service delivery at all times and portray good communication skills.
10. To refer all customer complaints to Captain or Executive immediately so as action could be taken to recover the situation without delay.
