Job Description

Position Title: CashierTCM clinic near Novena MRT.5.5 working days per week with no night shift.Office hour.Annual leaves, medical benefit provided.Yearly bonus depend on your performance.Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Sunday: Closed
• Public holiday: Closed

:

• Operating cashier counter and processing sales proceeds.
• Perform front counter duties (Schedule appointments, registration, answering general phone enquiries).
• Assist TCM Physician in clinic daily operations if requested.
• Dispense medications.
• Maintain inventory level and stock takes.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic's cleanliness and tidiness.
• Handling, resolving or re-directing patient enquiry, feedback and complaints to more senior colleagues in order to seek resolution beyond the information available.
• Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the clinic to drive seamless patient experience across channels.
• Processing and ensuring accuracy of online orders, and picking items to the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level
• Able to communicate fluently with our English and Chinese speaking patients.
• Cheerful and able to work independently
• Comfortable with using computer.
• Relevant work experience in clinic will be an advantage. However, job training will be provided.
