Cashier/service Crew
Job Description
Qualifications:- High School graduate with at least 2 years experience in the same field
- Understands POS system and with basic knowledge of food handling and safety
- Good communication skills, team player and willing to be trained
- To be assigned at our Quezon City, Pasig and Marikina Branches.Job Duties:- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
Handle merchandise returns and exchangesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Food Industry: 1 year (Required)
- Service Crew: 1 year (Required)
- English (Preferred)
