THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent Visitor Experience and ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at MBS Attractions (Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas)Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner while proactively promoting the various AttractionsProactively working in (but not exclusive to) the main admissions and all public areas of the various Attractions as deployedAssist visitors with enquiries and where applicable directing them to the appropriate source of informationAdhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Quality Review Standards (SQR) of the AttractionsTo be equipped with good product knowledge of all offerings available to visitorsWhen deployed at the museum, ensure that artifacts are safeguardedTo maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all workstations, whilst complying with all health and safety standardsProject a professional presence, both verbally and in appearance, at all timesPerform shift duties responsibly and is accountable to the Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager for the smooth running of the day-to-day shift operations and any other duties assignedJob RequirementsEntry level (min GCE O' level) and proficient in English (as a spoken language)Keen to work in the Attractions industry, with a passion for learning and people engagementPrior working experience in the attractions or hospitality industry is preferred although training will be provided as necessarySome experience in presenting information to individuals or groups in a public/educational context will also be advantageousA vivacious personality who enjoys working with people of all agesA team player who is motivated with high energy, and able to appreciate a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAble to apply good judgment and discretion whilst maintaining a calm demeanor in high volume or stressful situationsAble to stand for long hoursAble to work on shifts including on weekends and public holidaysMust be able to commit fully for 3 to 4 days in a week for the duration of at least 3 months minimumWell-groomed with a professional dispositionAll other duties as directedMarina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
