We are currently looking for Category Account Management in Malaysia & Thailand - 2 positions.
For Senior candidates, will be considered for Team Lead role.
Responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility of P&L, growth, and customer experience of the categories under management
- Define, implement and execute the business development / growth strategy for the categories under management
- Hire, train and manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants. Develop and grow the right size of team to support business needs.
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. Ensure pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the categories under management
- Conduct research and analysis to understand sellers/buyers requirements and behaviour
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
- Minimum Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in marketplace/e-commerce
