We are looking for a Category Development Manager that will:
Lead the channel thinking of the commercial team, taking responsibility for developing and implementing channel strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
Support Marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
Develop the Point of Purchase strategies and standards for each Channel Category, incorporating the four POP Drivers
Shopper Ownership through route to market
To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
The employee of this position is required to carry out his/ her duty according to the National Code of Ethics on the Sale of Infant Foods in Singapore (SIFECS), the Nestle Instructions on the WHO International Code on the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes and communication guidelines.
