Job Description
Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore based food & beverages field
- Working days & hrs: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 9am to 6p.m.
- Salary Range: up to S$ 5,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
- Reporting to the Director and drive financial results for the Fresh and Beverages Categories
- Responsible for sourcing, buying and attainment of sales, profit budget, Market share for beverages category
- Liaise with suppliers on the negotiation of prices, products and promotions and work with Distribution Centre, Purchasing Inventory Team to ensure sustainability of supplies/monitor stock movement and business continuity.
- Develop Category Expansion Plan and creative promotional plans
- Negotiate sales and advertising rebates with supplier and plan for weekly/monthly promotions to achieve set target
- Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating best deals and pricing with supplier
- Relevant study and working experiences in retail management or Business Studies or equivalent
- Professional Certification in Category Management
- Experienced in category management and e-commerce will be added advantaged
- Good understanding of supply chains, product / quality specs, product variations, drivers of cost, and drivers of volume fluctuations of different Categories
