The opportunity:
The Category Executive, Franchise Markets play a key supporting role in many aspects of category management including effective planning for brand and product launches, assortment, pricing, and inventory management.

Performing the following for all categories (Makeup, Skincare, Haircare & Fragrances)
Liaising with brand partners & Franchise Partners (FPs) to facilitate the registration process for new brands, newness & registration renewal process of existing SKUs
Work closely with marketing team to understand the promo plan, liaising with brand partners, FPs, and Finance to plan & execute the markdowns
Liaising with brand partners to receive planogram, grid/endcap updates for new brands and newness
Launch NIF management on brand portal for all brands, liaising with Brand portal team & new brands for initial launch setup
Managing the Makeup category (inclusive of Sephora Collection) which includes:
Attending market week, sharing the market week summary with FPs, and liaising with FPs to share forecast for newness
Help FPs with sales forecast for new brands and newness
Purchase order management: Analyze the purchase orders received by FPs to ensure ordering is done basis the forecast, captures the newness, additional forecast incase of any new promo
Assistance in preparing monthly sales review deck for brands covering various aspects such as MTD sales review, sub-category wise ranking, analysis of top natures viz a viz category, collating performance feedback from FPs, any other qualitative/quantitative insight, registration review etc.
Assistance in pitching for new brands for markets for the Makeup category.
Brand relationship management for the franchise markets
Responsible for all the email communication with regards to sharing the forecast, pricing, planogram, grid update etc.
Liaising with Sephora Indonesia, Sephora India & Brands to review the shipment status for brands on a weekly basis
Spot trends in Franchise Markets and assist in planning brand pipeline, newness accordingly
Reporting/MIS
Liaising with analytics team for data management on DOMO for Franchise Markets

Min. 3 years Account/Brand Management experience, ideally from the beauty/fashion industry
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well in a team and independently
Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
