This Organization further shall automate new workflows for customers, add additional services such as managed video conferencing and new remote computing solution. There is a need to be agile and redesign and potentially repurpose spaces from real insights and life trends on how meeting space is really being used. Managed Collaboration Services strives to work and capitalize on exciting opportunity to deliver an outstanding meeting experience every time. HP\xe2\x80\x99s Managed Collaboration Services scales with customer\xe2\x80\x99s system and offloads the IT staffing required in house to support video system and conference room needs

What a Category Manager, Managed Services (Greater Asia) does at HP:

This person will be responsible to get the voice of the customer from our Greater Asia market and help shape a better offer for Managed Collaboration Services to over-achieve its targets ensuring appropriate 4P strategy, sales enablement and offer to market in place in relevant Greater Asia countries.

Offer development: support key programs and priorities from definition to execution. Prioritize key countries where we will launch new offers, including messaging, communication, content, training & country activation.

Be the voice of customer, sales & market into our Center of Excellence, global business unit teams. Ensure that needs are articulated, understood & prioritized with development, infrastructure & support teams to deliver an optimized & holistic Managed Service Offering.

Develop and execute Managed Collaboration Services\xe2\x80\x99 offers/go to market plans in conjunction with our Poly market/Services country teams.

Identify, develop sales enablement plans/actions to maximize new sales and cross sell opportunities

Support our country market & sales teams on delivering our current year objectives. Drive awareness & alignment of our 4P plan to deliver on our business objectives. Understand market support needs: prioritize, plan, drive & communicate progress.

Optimize business results. Ensure we have focused plans to address KPI performance. Ensure strategic long-term costs have ambitious plans that are aligned, tracked & communicated.

Forecast, pipeline & funnel hygiene: review projections of performance vs targets

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

University or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Typically 8-12 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.

Product and P&L management of Poly or equivalent video or room solutions is preferred

IT industry knowledge.

Business planning skills, multidimensional.

Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.

Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.

Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.

Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing.
