With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Category Manager to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue to improve the Value Chain. Your major responsibilities will involve managing your category portfolio mainly in Real Estate Services as well as extensive stakeholder engagement. This is a strategic Procurement position. Your other responsibilities include:

• Category ownership for Real Estate Services category
• Lead strategic business review with key suppliers
• Deep dive strategy ownership and related procurement activities of Real Estate Services
• Design and execute global strategies in Real Estate services to achieve service stability and cost competitiveness
• Lead RFQ pricing analysis and support negotiations with Real Estate Services
• Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements
• Extensive stakeholder engagement
• Client engagement and client facing

The Successful Applicant You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement or Category Management. Experience in banking and service providing sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong with analytics as well as be sensitive to trends.
