Catering Admin Coordinator





Job Responsibilities:



Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team in any and all aspects of daily operations. Liaise and arrange with catering team with the driver schedule, delivery schedule and outsource driver Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries Daily submission of e-invoice through Gebiz and other online payment platform Ensure all submissions adhere to specific client requirements for electronic invoicing. Track and manage invoice statuses, verifying acceptance and following up on any rejections or issues. Work closely with finance teams to verify payment receipts and resolve discrepancies if any. Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries. Preparation and tallying of invoices into the masterlist Other duties as assigned

Requirement:



Preferably with admin experience Good management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, catering work environment. Able to start within short notice preferred.
