Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out dining hall daily operations task and role
- Ensuring service is ready, timely execution of daily meals & festive specials
- Work with Culinary, Dietician/ Nutritionist and Client teams on cyclical menu planning activity
- Perform simple cutting of vegetable, meat and fruit
- Perform simple sandwich and dessert making
- Perform counter serving and table service
- Able to work in a team
- Working environment is clean and is a school environment
- Follow proper hygiene SOP to make sure the dining hall is clean at all times
- Working Location: Dover [Near to MRT Station]
- Working Hours: 8 hours shift
