You will be Part of the Exciting and Expanding Team in our Central Kitchen You Will Work with the Following Functions: s
  • Co-ordinate various departments (kitchen, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of catering events
  • Co-ordinate with Sales & Accounts Team to ensure accuracy of client\xe2\x80\x99s orders and invoices
  • Manage HR aspects in the company (including hiring, firing, appraisals, etc)
  • Manage and conduct Induction Training for new Staff/retraining
  • Able to Motivate the team to achieve department goals/individual KPIs
  • Co-ordinate with vendors to ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s orders are timely met
  • Ensure that the quality and quantity of F&B are according to the kitchen schedules
  • Ensure resources are properly utilised & managed remaining profitability
  • Ensure outdoor set-ups are as per clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and company\xe2\x80\x99s SOPs
  • Maintain resources and equipment to ensure serviceability at all times
  • Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback effectively and in timely fashion
  • Ensure on-site set-up are as per clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must have strong and several years direct experience in managing HR/logistics (manpower & vehicle-planning)
  • Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage
  • Strong and Good in strategic planner, and able to make good judgement calls
  • Good at keeping records - for ISO / Bizsafe, etc compliance
  • Good at housekeeping - ensuring storage space is maximised according to importance
  • Able to thrive and perform under stress and think on your feet to execute Plan B/C immediately
  • Able to manage a diverse team from difference nationalities
  • Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment .
  • Able and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Experience in similar F&B environment (Catering or Food Production) will be an advantage
  • Hardworking, Team Player yet Independent
  • Quick-thinking with problem solving skills
  • Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certification
