Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Catering Service Manager to oversee our daily catering operations for Indian foreign workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily catering operations, including food preparation, delivery, and service
Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to ensure high-quality service
Develop and implement catering menus, recipes, and procedures
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food usage
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:- Diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in catering management or related field
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and catering operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
