A petroleum Company seeks a qualified PMC Contractor who would carry out the project Provision of Project Management Consultancy for Oilfield Surface Facilities Construction at Company Camp, Baghdad, Iraq. Contract duration shall be two firm years plus one optional year from the Commencement Date. Maplin is looking to expand the current team of qualified individuals to work on this PMC Contract in Iraq.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to prepare basis of design

• Assist Company and EPC Contractors' representatives in all of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and test-run activities and jointly sign the relevant completion certificates.

• Preparing periodic reports with respect to assigned tasks

• * Apply knowledge of basic engineering principles and corrosion theory to execute projects or complete various aspects on projects
• * Ensures optimum efficiency of Cathodic Protection operations for avoiding pipeline corrosion, by reviewing the coating and wrapping deterioration trends
• * Provide technical supervision and technical assistance to other divisions within the company
• * Organize and reduce data gathered, prepare charts and tables
• * Diagnose and remedy system difficulties during resurvey operations
• * Coordinate engineering aspects of installation process
• * Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Engineering Manager

• Bachelor's degree (Electric or Chemical Engineering)

• At least 10 years of practical experience in the oil and gas field, preferably in the upstream oil industry, with a broad background in production projects
