What You Will Do
Develop and continuously optimize the compensation management system for local overseas employees, formulating relevant policies based on the company's strategy, compensation management guidelines, overseas legal and regulatory requirements, and market practices.
Formulate and implement performance incentive policies for local overseas employees.
Participate in the development and maintenance of the compensation and incentive system, such as continuously optimizing and iterating the stock option management system.
What we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in English as a working language.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with compensation and performance management experience for local overseas employees in multinational/global companies. Experience in building or operating overseas stock option systems is preferred.
In-depth understanding of compensation and performance management theories, practices, and market trends; familiarity with global legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
Strong data sensitivity and adept at data analysis.
Excellent logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; meticulous, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication abilities.
