That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Ensure overall regulatory adherence for HKMA, MAS and ASIC transaction regulatory reporting obligations from a timeliness, accuracy and completeness perspective.Supporting local operations in Korea and Japan on KRX/JFSA transaction reporting matters.Responding to Global Markets business on transaction regulatory reporting queries for existing business or NPA (New Product Approval) queries.Partner effectively with technology & development teams to deliver transaction re-writes for MAS/ASIC and HKMA; review project support documents such as business requirements documents, functional specification documents, support operating models and test plans;Monitor exception report and allocate to the relevant teams; track resolution and escalate where necessary; perform control checks to see if trades are reported timely, accurately and completely;Perform root cause analysis or exceptions with investigation & appropriate escalation of any significant issues found through testing, rejection remediation or any other stream to senior management & key internal stakeholders in Compliance, Country Management, and Technology to ensure transparency of our controls within appropriate governance models.Support the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulate identified impacts and risks; Manage the issue resolution projects to ensure accurate & timely delivery;Your skills and experience:Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in APAC regulatory transaction reporting in investment banking operationsProven knowledge of FX OTC DerivativesProven knowledge of Derivatives Middle Office function, with proven experience in business analysis and risk & control backgroundMinimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business or related coursesAbility to work under pressure, understand complex business specifications as well as data requirements and able to work on tight deadlines whilst managing stakeholder expectationsProven experience in working in virtual teams and matrixed organization regionally and globally; effectively maintain, coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks and projectsRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
