You will be joining the Cash Management Technology team within Corporate Bank (CB) Technology as a Service Transition Leader. In this role, you will be accountable for driving a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through change management, implementation of non-functional requirements and driving the onboarding process into production services.

Your key responsibilities:
Assist the Service Transition needs for the tribes assigned. Integration of change into production (including new applications and Services) by early engagement in the SDLC and working with Development teams on release planning, knowledge transfer, Run Books, Deployments, Disaster Recovery, and Risks management and reporting (conflicts, concentration, dependencies)
Help drive the operational readiness for all changes in scope (Service Operation Knowledge transfer, operational tools and testing)
Early engagement with Development teams on Service Transition Management Policies, Procedures and Standards (inc. Production Non Functional Requirements and readiness checks)
Your skills and experience:
Awareness knowledge of the ITIL Service management framework (incident, problem, change management).
Aware of risk management and change management methodologies
Experience of any Unix/Linux, scripting (any language), Java, Apache, Oracle, Control-M scheduler, ITRS Geneos, New Relic or similar monitoring tool, and middleware (such as MQ, Solace, Kafka), Host to host file exchange, cloud-based infrastructure, etc.
Global Transaction Banking / Corporate and Investment Banking Experience is a plus.
Capability to interact successfully in a virtual, multi-vendor and multi-cultural environment.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
