CCA Instructors & Coaches (Sports, Arts, Enrichment, Support Roles)

We are building a pool of dedicated and passionate instructors to support schools' Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) across Singapore. Roles are available in

Sports, Performing Arts, Enrichment Clubs, and Support Staff positions

. Instructors will conduct weekly sessions, mentor students, and help them develop skills, teamwork, and discipline while preparing for competitions and performances.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly CCA sessions in areas such as Sports, Performing Arts, Enrichment, or Support. Plan and deliver engaging, structured programmes aligned with MOE CCA requirements. Train and prepare students for inter-school competitions, showcases, or national-level events (e.g., Singapore Youth Festival). Ensure safety, discipline, and active participation in all sessions. Work with teachers-in-charge on attendance, reporting, and scheduling.

Available Roles

Sports Coaches

- Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Tennis, Badminton, Swimming, Track & Field.

Performing Arts Instructors

- Choir, Band, Dance, Drama, Orchestra.

Enrichment & Club Trainers

- Robotics, Debate, Scouts, Adventure, IT, Cultural Clubs.

Support & Admin Staff

- Teacher Aides, CCA Admin Support.

Requirements

Proven expertise in the relevant field (sports, arts, enrichment, or admin support). Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring youths preferred. Certifications such as NCAP / SG-Coach (for Sports), or equivalent qualifications in respective fields. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively. First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage (for sports roles). * Ability to commit to weekly sessions during school terms.
