International law firm is looking to hire a well-organised Level II Support Analyst as part of global IT operation teams to provide technology services and systems support within the Singapore office.
 
Technical Support Analyst
 
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line remote and desktop support to manage on-site incidents and advanced problem-solving issues independently 
Monitor call queues to ensure consistency in meeting targeted Service Levels
Collaborate with fellow analysts to triage incoming calls to the HD Service Desk, ensuring support tickets are appropriately documented before hand off to downstream resolver group
Contribute to and facilitate the sharing of knowledge base articles and know-how within team
Identify and address IT problems and trends
Provide ad-hoc support to key business users and global offices
Setup audio/video conferencing system for virtual meetings
Ensure all activities align with best practice of ITIL standards
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, ITIL certifications
Min. 3 years work experience at 2nd line desktop support for Windows 10 in O365 environment at law firm
Proficient with ITSM software - Remedy, SerivceNow, Samanage
Familiarity with MS server, Active Directory, Networking systems and protocols, MS applications,
ITIL processes
Strong awareness of cybersecurity threats and upto date latest development
Exceptional customer service skill with ability to interact effectively with senior/regional stakeholders and users at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to make sound decision for problems solving
Ability to work outside office hours or weekends when project demands
9am to 6pm, 25 days’ annual leaves, permanent health insurance
