Maintenance and support\xc2\xa7 Manage L3 functional support for applications under responsibility
\xc2\xa7 Analyse and resolve tickets raised by end-users in production environment with the help of experts
\xc2\xa7 Analyse enhancement requests as prioritized by business for live applications under responsibility and provide IT inputs.
\xc2\xa7 Produce documentation for L1/L2 support to improve support quality over time.
Functional Documentation\xc2\xa7 Elaborate or review user\'s documentations (user guides, release notes...)
\xc2\xa7 Prepare specification documentations and validate with business as per project requirements.
\xc2\xa7 Participate in functional analysis and keep the documentation up to date w.r.t. any new changes.Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities\xc2\xa7 Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
