Our digital solution is tailored to our corporate customers across the globe, allowing access to complete reporting of all their accounts, treasury and trade finance operations and process payments across markets.
Having to implement new digital solutions for the bank, you will tap on your business acumen to effectively communicate strategic ideas and work together in a team with Developers, Project Managers, Technical Lead and Co-Business Analysts.Supplementary InformationMain responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your field of work includes the following:
\xc2\xb7 Propose solutions for the new requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Write functional specifications, mock-ups and diagrams for enhancements and bug fixes.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare demo/presentation materials and release notes.
\xc2\xb7 Keep up-to date the existing documentation (data dictionary, user guide etc.).
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with support team for Production matters.
\xc2\xb7 Provide and monitor application support.
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate various test activities (regression, integration, functional test).
\xc2\xb7 Prepare functional test cases - prepare acceptance report summary on per release basis.
\xc2\xb7 Provide regular support (prepare testing steps) to test automation experts.
\xc2\xb7 Define functional test scenarios.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with developers to support other departments\' testing / developer teams.
\xc2\xb7 Record issues utilizing tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain documents (Release Notes, Test Plans/Guides, Project Requirement Baseline, Functional Specifications, User Stories and other standard documents).
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality.
