- Joining our IT communities- Attending our Business & Tech TalksGraduation CeremonyMain ResponsibilitiesApplication deployment and level 1&2 support during SIT, UAT and production implementation for the core banking system of the bank (for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa).Follow UAT issues and enquiries from business users until their appropriate closure (incident communication, root cause analysis and permanent resolution).Engagement with development teams on a regular basis. Appropriate escalation of critical queries.Monitoring of batches to ensure that any incident is solved in a timely manner.Contribute to continuous improvement and improve DevOps tools.Maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications.
