Qualification:

Responsible in identifying and isolating technical concerns of the client.
Conduct fieldworks outside Metro Manila to do troubleshooting and preventive maintenance given prescribed resolution period.
Prepare necessary reports, feedback to management and customers.
Will perform scheduled preventive and un-scheduled corrective maintenance of access control system and CCTV system, as well as the integration of other safety and security subsystems.
Coordinate to appropriate parties any customer technical concerns and requirements.
