Roles & Responsibilities: * Provide technical support regarding security lines including access cards, CCTV, Biometric systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems etc. * Attend to onsite installation, comm Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support regarding security lines including access cards, CCTV, Biometric systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems etc. Attend to onsite installation, commissioning and equipment testing when required. Assist in troubleshooting any technical problems that exist on site and offsite. Diagnose and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
