Support VP CD&D APAC, Human Nutrition and HN P&L leaders
Daily purpose is to oversee all of the Operations of the SG CCIC Center with respect to facilities maintenance, work environment and safety, as well as facilitate the operation of the overall facility.
Coordinate & generate monthly reporting
Create PowerPoint or reports as needed
Coordinate the overall maintenance of existing and added equipment including requesting bids, arranging installation and service, and leading and organizing payments.
Administrative duties, such as but not limited to:
Co-ordinate and make logistics arrangements for regional meetings and events held in Singapore
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings for visitors
Preparation of presentation slides as required
Order office stationary and pantry items
Organization of meeting rooms and venues for key meetings and events for in Singapore
Organize company events
Support procurement process for SEA offices
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Power BI will be an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Orientation to details
Resourcefulness
Ability to work independently
