This position is responsible for managing and improving electric vehicle cell assembly techniques, smart manufacturing assistance systems to facilitate production of quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Examine and develop documents and drawings (assembly method, standard operation procedure, specification table etc) along with the new models and the changes in manufacturing techniques
• Manage assembly equipment and techniques, and conduct simulations and manage mass production to produce the new models
• Develop on-the-job training and work proficiency improvement plan
• Innovate and implement smart manufacturing technology by operating and managing smart manufacturing assistance systems
• Manage and do level 1 troubleshooting for automated cells
• Maintain fastening tools, hardware, and additional materials optimally
• Analyze manufacturing data / defect records for continuous improvement identification and implementation
• Optimize workflow and allocation of work in each manufacturing process
• Manage critical/confidential tasks, foolproof systems and quality completion system for the cell manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Total 3~5 years of experience in production environment, operating and innovating cell manufacturing processes and techniques, analyzing manufacturing equipment related data etc.
• Technical skills in examining manufacturing technique and conducting DPA using AutoCad, CATIA
• Technical skills in analyzing data on workability, workload, lead time and proficiency records
• Understanding in manufacturing process optimization
• Understanding of Robotics/PLC systems is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office
