Duties and Responsibilities

• In charge of the front desk and all administrative duties (Including but not limited to course and student system operation, refund matters, textbook delivery. etc)
• Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction
• In charge of all inquiries and feedback (phone calls, email, walk-in), and works with the team to assist in marketing strategies and business planning, increasing company profit
• Oversees and regularly reviews the operations and academic functions
• Support the operation to lead the center towards its goal and objective
• Control budget expenditures
• Prepare monthly reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or University Degree in any discipline.
• Has good command of the Chinese language, both spoken and written.
• Be highly service-oriented.
• Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing an Enrichment / Tuition Centre
• The candidate must be able to work on both weekdays and weekend
• The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft office applications and tech-savvy.
• Able to work independently as well as to work and contribute as part of a team
• Has a positive and constructive attitude
• Is responsible and meticulous
• Possesses strong organizational and management skills
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
