Duties and Responsibilities
In charge of the front desk and all administrative duties (Including but not limited to course and student system operation, refund matters, textbook delivery. etc)
Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction
In charge of all inquiries and feedback (phone calls, email, walk-in), and works with the team to assist in marketing strategies and business planning, increasing company profit
Oversees and regularly reviews the operations and academic functions
Support the operation to lead the center towards its goal and objective
Control budget expenditures
Prepare monthly reports
Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or University Degree in any discipline.
Has good command of the Chinese language, both spoken and written.
Be highly service-oriented.
Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing an Enrichment / Tuition Centre
The candidate must be able to work on both weekdays and weekend
The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft office applications and tech-savvy.
Able to work independently as well as to work and contribute as part of a team
Has a positive and constructive attitude
Is responsible and meticulous
Possesses strong organizational and management skills
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
