In this role, you will drive transformative initiatives and technical projects across Central Engineering and the larger TPG Organization in support of enhanced, effective, measurable process improvements and organizational enhancements. This includes active, detailed management of parallel projects that are highly visible across the TPG organization. Particular focus will be paid to change management, stakeholder management, executive and c-suite updates, and establishing rapid implementation timelines. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced technical program leader with broad technical understanding and track-record of driving complex projects and transformations to successful conclusion. This role will interact with all levels of organizational leadership and will need to customize strategies, timelines, and change management plans for each distinct program. This role will report to the Director of SSAI+CE business operations and partner closely with that role on all deliverables. Silicon Systems AI and Central Engineering is a global,900+ person organization that centralizes critical engineering functions to support Micron’s product portfolio, developing and driving critical enablers of silicon-to-systems product development. Drive critical initiatives, organizational enhancements, and any resulting process changes to successful implementation

  • Partner with senior leadership to establish overall strategy and plan
  • Identify stakeholders, barriers to change, key milestones, and metrics
  • Provide customized communication to stakeholder groups with updates and status
  • Provide executive level proposals, summaries, and updates
Establish core objectives and metrics in support of critical initiatives and organizational initiatives
  • Utilize critical initiative and organizational change plans to establish team and individual metrics
  • Partner closely with impacted team members to ensure awareness and support of objective language and targets
  • Establish a review process aligned to larger check-points and objective status updates at the TPG level
  • Adhere to quarterly cadence for objective updates and check-ins
Coordinate regular executive reviews for all critical initiatives
  • Establish and lead regular critical initiative in-person reviews with CE leadership and key stakeholders
  • Utilize and enhance established review templates to provide clear and actionable updates
  • Prepare and support presenters and subject matter experts with their updates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and/or program management with a track record of managing highly technical engineering projects and process changes.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing, defining and bringing new processes into complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, engineering process development, and organizational transformation with emphasis on stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to influence co-workers and decision makers. Must be articulate and passionate to drive change inside and outside Micron, with engaging executive presence.
