Start work date: Every Monday AM
Working hour:
AM: 8am-5pm
PM: 1-9pm (afternoon shift)
Night: 8pm-8am (night shift)
You will be responsible to assist the nursing team in providing personalized, specialized, and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Take cases
- Patient care activities such as monitoring, documenting, and reporting of patients\' conditions and progress; escalating all unusual observations or happenings
- Attends to patients\' care needs in their activities of living
- Displays compassion, a positive and caring attitude towards patients
- Delivers safe and competent nursing care
- 1 year experience in Ward Setting
- Valid SNB n BCLS
- 4 days commitment/ week
- commit more than 2 months
