Job Scope

1)To strengthen the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and knowledge within Back-End Manufacturing and Technology (BEMT) Sites by developing & conveying training material to the various levels of Operators, Technicians & Engineers.

2)Assist ESD coordinators within the community in BEMT in the equipment validation/qualification and provide technical support in ESD problem solving.

3)Perform equipment validation/qualification for new models.

4)Perform audit /line assessment and suggest areas of improvement within BEMT plants in other sites; Calamba, Shenzhen, Muar, Bouskoura, Malta and Rennes BEMT & Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) perimeter.

5)Ensure that the ESD Control Program is running as per Central Specifications in both Assembly and Test & Finishing within BEMT plants, groups and OSATs.

6)Review and maintain Central ESD specifications in line with American National Standard Institute (ANSI).

7)Coordinate cross-fertilization activity of best practices for all BEMT sites.

8)To investigate customer complaints related to ESD and advise on possible solutions.

9)Define Plan of Records (POR) of ESD Control Items through mapping analyses in accordance with his/her superior and standardize where possible.

10)To update ESD workspace in Teams where ESD knowledge and qualifications can be shared.

11)Work with equipment supplier (Assembly and Test & Finishing) and discuss with his/her superior to provide equipment ESD Class 0 compliance, if necessary.

Profile

Requirements:

1) Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree

2) Holding International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Electromagnetics (iNarte) Certification will be an added advantage

2) At least 5 years\' of relevant working experience in Semiconductor Industry.

3) Possess good technical knowledge of Assembly, Test & Finishing equipment & Process.

4) Possess Strong Management Skills.

5) Possess strong project driving skills.

6) Smart, Dynamic and results oriented.

7) Able to understand, review and influence the Status Quo.

8) Detailed analytics and usage of methodology tools to facilitate and drive projects.

9) Good command and business written communication skills.

10) Proficient in Microsoft; Excel Macros; Power BI; and MS PowerPoint.

11) Good Team player

12) Self-motivation; self-discipline and adaptable to new challenges in a fast pace work environment.

13) Requires regular travel to company\'s overseas business sites
