Responsibilities:
As Central Kitchen Manager, you will:
In charge of ingredient preparation
Coordinate with branches to take orders and arrange deliveries
- Work night shifts (11:30 pm - 11:30 am)
Key Requirements:
Ability to fillet large Batang fish (approx. 8 kg)
Skilled in cooking and handling seafood (prawns, cuttlefish, etc.)
