Manage overall daily food production and back of house operations of the central kitchen.
Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment and workstation for cleanliness and safety.
6-monthly development of 4-weeks cycle menu for nursing homes\' residents.
To forecast and monitor food and operational expenses
Periodic review of risk assessment of kitchen\'s work processes.
To handle feedback and taking necessary action.
To implement improvement of processes and operations through innovation and automation.
Requirement :
Minimum 2 years in a culinary schools
More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
WSQ Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint etc.
