In this job you will work closely with your maintenance organisation peers, mainly Area Leads, Planning & Scheduling and TA manager, and Refinery Operations especially to ensure safe working conditions.In our team, you will experience a culture of collaboration and positive spirit within. • Lead cross-functional team of warehouse, facility, safety and contractor management personnel of 8 direct reports and 20 indirect persons
• Ensure effective and efficient allocation of common resources and warehouse inventory for maintenance, projects and TAs
• Maintenance budget management within assignment amount to accomodate for preventive and corrective maintenance
• Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain relevant licenses
• Meet warehouse inventory material availability based on planned maintenance, project and TA work
• Oversee creation and maintaining of material item master data including numbering, description and other characteristics
• Any other tasks as required
