As a member of the Global Services and Spares business unit (BU3), Central Service Operations Manager (based in Singapore) is responsible for overseeing existing programs for BU3 such as Global Loan Labor, IQW Delivery, and in supporting KPI Dashboard, Profitability, Business Processes, Operational Structure, Project Management and initiating new programs for continuous improvement related to BU3 Service Operations.
The scope requires interfacing with respective regional service managers and cross functional department to ensure deliverables are met to achieve operational excellence.
The individual contributor will also act as a Single Point of Contract (SPOC) and work with various departments (eg, HR, IT, Finance, BU, Sales, Manufacturing) in a Cross Function Team (CFT) setting to drive improvement towards common objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Global Field Service Loan Labor resources demand and supply to ensure fulfillment
  • Maintain and own the application (PowerApps) for Loan Labor Management
  • Establish and maintaining related business policies and procedures, to enforce policies and regulations meeting compliance requirements
  • Coordinate detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports for new ramp sites readiness preparation for startup
  • Communicating with Regional Service Heads and drives the respective reporting managers for improvements if there are gaps in achieving commitments
  • Partnering with different stakeholders within the company to drive Service Operations continuous improvement programs
  • Streamlining metrics that are important to our customer to achieve speed to resolution
  • Ensure problems are escalated timely when there are challenges in achieving objective
  • Travelling internationally as required

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor\'s degree (Engineering) or equivalent training
  • 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry with at least 4 years work experience as a Field Service Engineer/Service Manager
  • Familiar with Semiconductor equipment and Service End to End Management Process (Pre Install till Warranty End) including resource strategy, modelling, planning and scheduling experience
  • Additional knowledge in Semiconductor equipment Sales and Manufacturing Operations will be added advantage
  • Processed interests in financials with business acumen
  • Team player and has worked in a cross functional setting with different stakeholders involved
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated ability with minimal supervision and exercising judgment
  • Demonstrated proficiency skills using MS-Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, PowerApps and Power BI, additional programming knowledge will be added advantage
  • Experience in Field Service Operations and lead in Project Management
